Celtic beat Rangers 1-0 to win the Scottish Cup

Celtic completed a domestic double on Saturday with a 1-0 win over Rangers in the Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park.

The only goal of the game came in the 90th minute through Giorgos Giakoumakis, who headed home from close range after a cross from Daizen Maeda.

The victory gives Celtic their first Scottish Cup triumph since 2019 and their 41st overall, moving them one ahead of Rangers in the all-time list.

It also means that Celtic have now won both the Scottish Premiership and the Scottish Cup this season, completing a domestic double for the first time since 2019.
